Joe has decades of wide-ranging experience, starting with selling PLC’s for Allen-Bradley, Honeywell, Siemens, and Telemecanique early in his career. In 1990, Joe formed Control Motion and Creative Technologies manufacturer’s representative firms. Throughout the following ten years, the firms represented some of the top manufacturers in the market, such as Yaskawa and many others.
The landscape of the semiconductor industry changed when the bubble burst in Northern California during 2000. At this time, Joe closed down his rep firms and moved to Reno, Nevada where he became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CGI, a manufacturer of planetary gearboxes.
After several years with CGI and some additional consulting while based in the Reno area, Joe relocated to Arizona and accepted a position as National Sales Manager for a Nidec partner specializing in step motors, BLDC motors, and thermal cooling products such as fans and blowers. In 2020 Joe joined Kehoe Electronics, a Southern California rep firm, heading up an electro-mechanical division prior to founding Motion Technology Group.
Residing with his wife Karen in the Phoenix, Arizona area, Joe has three daughters and two grandchildren. Joe is also an accomplished guitarist and when not working, can be found playing one of his guitars or spending time with his family.
